Delete your ZeyoLearn account

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, from the website or from the app. You do not need the app installed.

On the web

  1. Sign in at learn.zeyoapp.com.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

In the Android app

  1. Open ZeyoLearn and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, choose Delete Account and confirm.

What happens next

  • Your account is switched off immediately: you are signed out and notifications stop. If you signed in with Apple, ZeyoLearn is disconnected from your Apple ID.
  • After 30 days the account is permanently erased, together with your profile, learning progress, streaks, XP, gems, achievements and friends.
  • Changed your mind? Sign in again within those 30 days and your account is restored as it was.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in the store first so you are not charged again.

Can't sign in?

Reset your password from the sign-in page. If you signed up with Google or Apple and never set a password, the reset email lets you set one. If that still does not work, email support@zeyoapp.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
