These terms apply when you use ZeyoLearn — the mobile app or this website. By creating an account or using ZeyoLearn you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use ZeyoLearn.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Do not share or sell accounts.
  • You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account.

Using ZeyoLearn fairly

Please do not:

  • harass other learners or use offensive names, bios or pictures;
  • cheat leaderboards, automate lessons, or abuse invite rewards;
  • copy, scrape or resell the lessons, or try to break or overload the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The lessons

The courses, lessons, audio and other content in ZeyoLearn belong to ZeyoLearn or its licensors (see credits). You may use them for your own learning. What you add yourself, such as your display name and bio, stays yours; you let us show it to other learners where the app does so.

Subscriptions, gems and hearts

  • Subscriptions are bought and billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms. Cancel or request a refund through the store you bought from. Deleting your ZeyoLearn account does not cancel a store subscription.
  • Gems, hearts, streak freezes and other in-app items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Changes and availability

We keep improving ZeyoLearn, so features and content can change. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

No guarantees

ZeyoLearn is provided as it is. It will help you learn, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, including passing the JLPT or another exam. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ZeyoLearn.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and its date. For significant changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use ZeyoLearn after a change means you accept it.
